By creating an account or using Sparkforge, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Sparkforge provides free AI-powered generation tools. Using the tools requires a free account. We may add, change or remove tools at any time.

To keep the service free for everyone, usage is subject to fair limits (currently up to 50 generations per user per day, and rate limits per minute). We may adjust limits to protect the service. Circumventing limits — including through multiple accounts or automation — is prohibited.

You agree not to use the tools to generate content that is illegal, that infringes others' rights, that constitutes spam or deceptive impersonation, or to attempt to attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

You retain all rights to the text you enter and, to the extent we hold any, we assign to you our rights in the generated output. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before using it — AI can produce inaccurate or inappropriate results.

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or threaten the integrity of the service.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sparkforge is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on generated content.
